It can only fly 1 thousand feet high and go from twenty to thirty miles per hour, but is only used for getting better views beyond the line of sight. It uses a high resolution camera for day and night viewing and has an internal Global Positioning System and Inertial Navigation System.

The Raven is 4.2 pounds and can go 30-60 miles per hour. It has a wingspan of 4.5 feet and can go up to 500 feet in the air. The Raven can travel for an hour and ten minutes at a time and is equipped with a color-optical camera and an infrared camera. It is operational in Afghanistan and is used by all military forces.
QF-4 Drone Cost: 2.6 Million
The QF-4 Drone weighs 30,328 pounds, is 63 feet long, and has a wingspan of 38 feet. It can fly 1,300 miles at a time and has a top speed of 1,600 miles per hour. This massive beast uses two General Electric turbojet engines with afterburners to propel itself through the air. This drone can be flown unmanned or manned, but when it is flown unmanned, an explosive device is placed on it in case it becomes uncontrollable. The QF-4 Drone was first flown in 1958 and was called the Phantom II. It was designed for U.S. Navy fleet defense and it entered service in 1961. They modified it to become the F-4 Drone in the late 70's, and after further modifications, it became the QF-4 Drone.
